I'm told it now contains three (3) correctional centers within it's county (Cumberland).

Climate change has such an enormous and varied impact on our natural environment, which then of course, overflows to our constructed living environment...

So true and that is a sad fact there are those deniers burying heads in the sand ignoring the significant impact.

Though as seen in the article the toxic polluting and man made environmental disasters should be a lesson to be learned, instead of rolling back protections preventing those types of disasters.
