Fayetteville, N.C., has always been toxic to me.
I'm told it now contains three (3) correctional centers within it's county (Cumberland).

Though as seen in the article the toxic polluting and man made environmental disasters should be a lesson to be learned, instead of rolling back protections preventing those types of disasters.
