Porn is a strange thing. But then again, so is human sexuality.
Waaaay back, I had this one girlfriend. A bit older than myself…. she introduced photography to our sex life the second time. And she loved to be tied up and degraded etc. Bondage and degradation ain’t my thing so I didn’t stick around her too long, but when the Internet became a ‘thing’ she made sure to reach out to me to let me know I could find pics of her out there.
So then. How do we resolve the freedom of expression of people who CHOOSE those things… with a desire to ensure young people don’t grow up thinking it’s OK to do those things to unwilling people?

Some say there is no rehabilitating a sexual offender - whether there is or not I don't know, but the line of freedom's rights is crossed when harm or taking advantage is done to another; particularly children.
So we give the victims justice and the perpetrators punishment with a chance of rehabilitation. I do believe in giving someone a second chance, if they screw that up then I'm all for dropping the hammer on them . 1 second chance after punishment and therapy then if it doesn't take then so be it the Final Fix.
As much as I detest the CCP, there is a measure of efficiency in which we could learn from them . Their executions are a speedy process - kneeling with a bullet in the back of the head

They can be, but like a lot of bad things people do they have to want to change, they can't be forced. We had a teacher here in GA that was convicted of molesting his students. He didn't fight it, he pleaded guilty and actually served his sentence in the county jail. He also had therapy and he said if he'd had any idea it would be such a help to him he never would have ended up in jail.

Well, I know your love of Muppets. I figured you'd appreciate this.
And you were right, I have a small collection of Muppets subversion and Care Bear subversion things...it is kind of either funny or an expression of how weird I am , that I can both love their innocence and love when it is portrayed as not so innocent

The pro-life Right loves speedy executions. They also love speedy trials as long as those trials convict someone, and it doesn’t particularly matter to them whether the person convicted is actually guilty of the crime in question. And they soooo admire the authoritarian practice of cruelty! Of eliminating appeals!

Mike, you got it wrong in comparing what I said to the right wing. What I was talking about was your communist Chinese Brothers and they're quick love of the death penalty. And you had a comment about pro-life righties and their love with the death penalty. It's actually you on the left that love death and the quick execution of the unborn. But that's a good Commie, you always twist things ..it's part of the style
