Wild Wings on the Wednesday NO PO Open Thread

So, do you like wings? Do you like hot sauces ( I like the middle hot and the garlic ones)? Or like them plain? Do you prefer BBQ to hot sauce or some other kind of sauce? Do you prefer them "naked" or breaded and fried? Bone-in or bone out? I used to prefer the bone in, especially the drums, breaded and then sauced, but, I will eat the not breaded ones. But, now I get the boneless ones ( just easier to eat, and less messy) breaded and sauced.Do you dip them in the ranch? I dip the celery in the ranch, but not the wings. And good fries are the best thing with them, preferably the skinny ones with vinegar. My favorites are the garlic sauce ones at BW3's.

I like hot wings. One of the grocery stores here sells a sweet, hot chili that’s quite good
I’m like a little sauce but not overly messy. I usually save the ranch dressing for the celery

I'm wing agnostic. Not a fan of the messy ones, but otherwise I'll eat them no matter how they're prepared. I used to not like them at all, but my Aunt who makes the most amazing fried chicken started making them and I found that I enjoyed them just fine. However wings aren't something I choose if there are other options available.
That said, Popeye's boneless wings are pretty good.

I like wings. BBQ, Garlic, Buffalo, whatever.
I like almost all wings as long as they're not "jet fuel".
I prefer them most without sauce though.

I've been making hot sauces over the last few months. Actually fermenting vegetables in general. I've made carrot slaw, 4 different hot sauces, 2 fermented bb2 sauces, pickles and pickled okra. I'm going to do home made wing sauce when I can eat again.
