What's your Favorite Frozen Food ( Veggie Version) ( NO PO)

I know canned is considered the worst, but, I grew up with canned and for some veggies ( peas, kernel corn, and obviously creamed corn) I kinda got used to the canned and prefer them to fresh or frozen ones.( I presume, even though by Jr High we could probably afford frozen veggies and the more expensive fresh ones, my mom who grew up in abject poverty, thought they were too expensive and we had a family of 7 also)I find frozen cauliflower and broccoli ( separate or mixed) to not only taste the best frozen but far easier to make than fresh ( unless I want it cold, for like dipping) I like carrots roasted with a roast or canned. I do not like peas for green beans frozen ( which I am iffy with peas any way...lol)...I love frozen corn and though this is cheating, breaded cauliflower...lol.I despise Brussel Sprouts any way but Rick loves them frozen

I'm going with mushrooms - stay with me here .. a sports bar, watching the game, cold Budweiser, an order of mushrooms with a side of ranch dip.
Breaded mushrooms of course they got to start out frozen, how else ? Luv'm

Actually, I love mushrooms and especially breaded ones, my favorite pizza delivery place has awesome ones...but, as they are a fungus, I figured I couldn't use them as a veggie...lol...I do buy the frozen ones and air fry them...mmmm

Then I guess dipping celery sticks in the ranch could work - not that thrilled about dipping them little corn kernels in and I ain't too much of a cabbage man.
