Good News...got any? ( NO PO)
Well, it has been a slow start, but, it appears that spring may actually be arriving here. I have seen some new birds I have never seen around here before and I need to go down some rabbit holes and see what is up with that...but, it was cool...one was what appeared to be a black and white wading type bird, but, it was in a field. And a far as I now we don't have any of these here. Another was a medium-sized black and white standard bird. Bill joked that maybe the tornado moved them here...lol...Dandelions showed up Friday and while I know most people consider them weeds, I really like them and they bring back good memories. I am more positive about some shhhh"PO" news also. ( Biden approval ticking a bit up) And actually pretty upbeat about some of the new movies coming out..the new Harry Potter a couple of Marvel ones.

It's work tomorrow so tonight relax Z. Pick you out a favorite movie this evening and pour yourself a fairly large glass of wine.

I've been working since Friday, and will work tomorrow and possibly part of Tuesday. (Up in the air right now.) Then likely Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a possibility of next weekend too.

I broke a toe this Sunday. Turns out it fixed it! lol
I try to be barefoot whenever possible. It’s comfortable…. and it’s healthy. Cooping up our feet in shoes is not good for the skin, and it’s not good for the bone structure. Most folks have hammertoes on at least the fourth and the last toes, where the tip of the toe curls under resulting in a ‘hammer’ looking thing. Anyway, the toe got caught on a stone step. I heard it snap but didn’t feel pain immediately. So I set it back to where it was before, and went back to working in my garden. About an hour later it had swollen, and started to hurt a little. So I straightened it, and taped it to the next toe. When I took the tape off, the toe was straight - as it should be! So I’m going to ‘condition’ it daily to encourage it to mend straight.

@ Mike . I believe a lot of people are sulfur deficient from what I was reading. But our ancestors weren't because walking barefoot in the morning dew on the grass their feet absorbed sulfur. For some reason it's only in the morning walking barefoot
