Movies or Music? Have a preference, or both? ( NO PO)

I love both but, I watch more movies than I listen to music. I mostly listen to music in the car or occasionally get my favorites from YouTube or my favorites to listen to while doing something else. Music has an immediate more, visceral response for me. Movies are more long-term and have a slower pace of enjoyment. And one just encompasses my ear ( being deaf in one now, kinda ruins the stereo effect though. Movies engage my ear, eyes, brain, etc. You can critique the listed movies also...do you agree?...lol

Okay, being real with you. I like justice movies like the kind Liam Neeson and Dizzle Washington puts out. The Justice thing, making it right, where the bad guy pays in blood

I think I'm going to see Doctor Strange in an hour or so. Wish me luck.

Happy Mother’s Day to all you moms!

For me it’s music.

...and if you're more on the music side, then you can't go wrong with the Wagakki Band (Traditional Japanese Instrument band). They are all masters at their instruments, and Yuko the lead singer is not only a master traditional vocalist (in a traditional Japanese poetry singing form) she's also a master pianist and sword dancer. 😳

Then there's Beni who plays the Shamisen, a sort of Japanese three string banjo instrument. Apparently she showed up at their studio one day and simply announced she was joining the band. Now I can't imagine them without her.

And let us not forget Daisuke on the Shakuhachi (Japanese straight flute) who looks like a monk fighting off invisible dragons with his flute on stage.

Their shows are all super high-energy (and must be much like running a marathon) and they make use of the whole stage. I don't think you could make a stage big enough to tire them out.

(Here Beni, who has a cult of her own, shows the guys it doesn't take an electric guitar/bass to shred.)

oooh...I am jealous, I really want to see that, but I can't get anyone to go to a theater with me, so I will have to wait till Disney makes it an editor's choice and buy it.

Are you back...what is your verdict?

Just going in to the theater. It took a bit to get myself moving.😒
