Potatoes come first to mind, in almost all ways, corn, cauliflower and I know they are technically a fruit, but tomatoes, and cucumbers...lol...I can not stand asparagus, brussel sprouts, okra, zucchini ( which might also be a fruit...lol), rhubarb...see a pattern there?...lol...there are some I prefer raw to cooked ( like Broccoli, and cabbage, and celery) and some I prefer cooked to raw ( like cauliflower and carrots)

It used to be corn - now it's I love you but..
I read something several times. it's 100% now, all the corn in the United States is genetically modified. And you pretty much got to go organic every chance you get on any produce, the deal with the pesticides and fertilizers and who knows what all they're putting on it and in it

Ahhh veggies. Couldn’t stand ‘em as a kid. That is - until the revelation that they could be had in a fashion that was NOT from a can, and NOT from a freezer package. Canned or frozen peas? Blech. Hated them more than any other vegetable. Fresh peas, still in the pod? Awesome.
Nowadays, I cannot think of a veggie that’s on my “do not eat” list.
