( NO PO)Routines, do you have them or are you a whenever, however kind of person?

I definitely have them for work-related things...I lay out my clothing and accessories (watch, rings, etc) for the next day right after I change into
"home" clothing when I get home. I also get ready/dressed in a specific way..and if I miss a step ( like forget to put my watch on) I won't notice till I am at work and go to look at my wrist...lol...I also have a routine for when I get into work..unlock the door, turn on the light by the door, turn off the alarm, unlock the garage door, turn on the light in my office, set up my coffee etc, etc...lol

I have a couple things, not many. Things I do in the morning.. 1. Have me a coffee.
2. Run to the neighbor's house and ring the doorbell

I get out of bed, have my morning scream when I realize that I'm awake, stagger into the bathroom to pee, take my handful of pills and stagger into the kitchen to take them with some ice cold water which invariably will splash on my feet, return to the bedroom and sit on the bed contemplating the futility of it all, determine if it's worth it to try to get another day out of those pants or not, dress myself, go out into the living room where the computer lives and check my email and other accounts, read my morning webtoons, eat my Cheerios...

Then either go to work or go pleasantly to pieces for the day.

You could run for office. Being unhinged seems to be a requirement these days.
