Today is National Fudge Day...yummm...(NO PO)

I will eat pretty much any fudge, but, peanut butter is my favorite. My sister, Amy, the one who died of pancreatic cancer made the best peanut butter fudge ( also snowballs, my other favorite) Do you like it, which kinds? Have any good recipes?
