I had to look up the hand roll part because I didn't know what it was...turns out it was sushi, ( for obvious reasons) which I am not a fan of...For someone who doesn't really like chicken and only eats the breasts at that, I do eat a lot of chicken, but, I do love fried crispy breading ( and hot sauce and BBQ sauce etc...lol

Add the wine to some flour and bread crumbs until if forms a ball. Tada a wine fritter.

You could always do it like fried ice cream. Freeze the wine (takes really cold temperatures, but it can be done) then coat in corn flakes.
