Today is National Hand Roll and Fried Chicken Day

I had to look up the hand roll part because I didn't know what it was...turns out it was sushi, ( for obvious reasons) which I am not a fan of...For someone who doesn't really like chicken and only eats the breasts at that, I do eat a lot of chicken, but, I do love fried crispy breading ( and hot sauce and BBQ sauce etc...lol

Sushi will never work down South unless they figure out a way how to make a corn dog out of it and put a stick in it

Works in Texas, sushi restaurants everywhere, very popular, do a booming business, have sushi preparation sections in all major supermarkets.

fried = fat

I don't eat enough of it to matter, and all my stats are in normal range, so not worrying about it

As they say in Scotland: You can deep fry anything. (I hear deep fried Pizza is pretty tasty, and a deep fried kebob is delicious.)

Add the wine to some flour and bread crumbs until if forms a ball. Tada a wine fritter.

You could always do it like fried ice cream. Freeze the wine (takes really cold temperatures, but it can be done) then coat in corn flakes.
