( Friday NO PO ) Happy St. Patricks Day & of course Corned Beef and Cabbage Day

Post by Z is for Zangie » Fri Mar 17, 2023 1:54 am

Happy St. Patrick's Day, On my mom's side we apparently have a little Irish, but, there is actually more Scottish, but, my Grandmother preferred being known as Irish...( she was a redhead too...lol), so she always made a big deal about it. I am not a fan of corned beef or cooked cabbage in that way ( like it as sauerkraut) so, not a fan of that dish, but people seem to like it.

So, the Atlantic sent me an email asking if I would be willing to sit for an interview with them to discuss my feelings about their newsletters, and as everyone here knows, I love giving my opinion ( and taking surveys etc)...lol..it will be done by Zoom, I am both nervous and excited. Today at 3:30...wish me luck I don't embarrass myself.
