I am a big proponent of smiling, as much as you can, and at as many people as you can. It can make someone's day, especially if it is a genuine smile that goes to your eyes. I love Flip Flops, used to wear them all the time and had a ton of them. I only have a couple of pairs now, harder to wear than they used to be, and I don't go to many places where they are appropriate anymore either. Bill hates them and made a point of telling me, and I said, well, you don't have to wear them...lol...he never mentioned it again...lol...I also LOVE Parrots think they are way cool, their colors, their personalities, the fact that they can talk...would love to have one theoretically, but, they are some work and I think my cats would terrorize one...lol...and my place is probably too small for them.

(Hannelor in the above comic actually is a stalker, but the nice kind. She takes medication and everything. She's probably one of the most loved web comic characters around.)

I am not, don't have the nerve for that kind of thing...lol...I enjoyed the comic and kinda commiserated with her.

There is a lot of stuff on how artificial sweeteners generally are not a good idea. They admit they made mistakes about it. They even say that they actually can put weight on. I only use one Sweet n Low in my Ice Tea, so I figure I don't eat enough for any damage.
