Yeah, we all know we shouldn't eat junk food...but, so much of it is so good...I just try to keep it limited so I don't deprive myself totally, otherwise, I eventually cave and eat too much...lol...Lamington is an Australian Cake, I have never had it, but, it looks and sounds yummy.

I have a soft spot for potato chips, definitely a junk food & there's a spinach dip out there that I enjoy with them - not good because over the course of the day I can polish off a big bag of chips all by myself. That's over 1200 calories just the chips not counting the dip on a laid back television weekend, especially football. Okay now, throwing a few beers in with that..
Can you see where this is heading? Not a good place

I love chips too, especially with Lawsons Chip Dip, double whammy...lol...and I make a spinach dip that I make to eat with pumpernickel bread that is also awesome, and hard to stop eating...Slip Shod wrote: ↑Fri Jul 21, 2023 3:48 pmI have a soft spot for potato chips, definitely a junk food & there's a spinach dip out there that I enjoy with them - not good because over the course of the day I can polish off a big bag of chips all by myself. On that note, my Doctor is putting me on insulin. Yay? There's a whole process to getting on it. I'm not looking forward to it.
Also, I have little black ants. They're invading the cat's food bowl.

There's several scents like peppermint sprayed around entrances that ants do not like .
Natural no chemicals - distilled water, essential oils in a spray bottle & and you're kicking ant ass.
Shake it up good each time

Yeah, I am sure it isn't fun, but, it might make things easier for you in the long run
We get those every spring/early summer, we just use the ant traps
