Those are one of the veggies I don't care for, could be the super taster thing, or just that I think they are kinda tasteless

There's a lot of things you can do with turnips. Whip them up like mashed potatoes, season and roast them in the oven or peel them and eat them raw like an apple or even slices in salads
To me raw has a very faint radish hint to it

Probably the former. Turnips and Rutabagas taste nasty to me as well. They are both part of the brassica family of plants, along with cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. They all have that bitter flavor that offends us super tasters.

That's not your cup of tea, okay I get it, personally I really like them - also love cabbage, brussel sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower
Next I suppose you're going to tell me you don't like deep fried chicken livers

Oddly, I don't dislike all of those...and there are differences between whether they are cooked or not...

Well two of those I won't eat under any circumstances ( liver and Brussel Sprouts), the others depend on whether they are cooked or raw or how they are made. And I haven't always liked even those.

I never said I was insane. (A lot of people don't like them and I understand why, but that was a regular food for me growing up.)
