( Tuesday NO PO) Today is National Pancake Day, National Shamu the Whale Day & National Dumpling Day

I love pancakes, especially buttermilk ones, and ones with fruit in or on them...

Shamu the Whale is pretty cool, we had a Sea World here in the Cleveland area and I saw the whales perform quite a bit. Now I know it was probably a bad idea, but, it was still awesome to see them and I remember it as good times.

Dumplings...other than chicken paprikas, which I don't like, I have never seen a dumpling, and I am not sure if I would like them, guess it depends on what is on or on them

I guess you could classified pierogi as a dumpling and I love those things stuffed with potatoes and onions or cheese.
First boiled and then sauteed in a skillet with butter, onion and garlic.
There's some tasty eating right there

I like peroghis also, but, I don't think they are the same.I don't care for the ones with cheese in them though I do like the potatoes and onion and the sauerkraut ones

These guys are Finnish, but periodically tour the United States. Keep an eye out and maybe go see them.
