Not much to choose from today, so if you have a better idea use it...lol...This day is for everyday heroes, not superheroes...there are many of those and I appreciate them...
Mmmm on Pierogis...they are awesome
I have a long week end so I am going to just take it easy and not do anything I don't want to...lol

I'm going to make me up some before the week's over (pierogies) - I do love a green bean casserole - pretty easy and just as mighty tasty.
I was thinking what could I do to go along with it. It's a simple comfortable dining pleasure, a comfort food I would call it

I do love me some pierogi on occasion. There's a Russian deli near me that sells pelmeni which are the Russian version. Very tasty, served with sour cream. I've never made pierogi myself, but I have an internet friend who spends a weekend a couple times a year just making mounds and mounds of pierogi and freezing them. I've never met her in person, just like you guys.
