A noble friend with deep,
telling brown eyes
a mixture of strength and loyal heart,
genuinely happy -
so much so,
his need for adventure
making him an enjoyable friend
Free spirited and gentle
never to miss a meal
One could do worse,
but one couldn't do better
willing to take on wolf or coyote
